Lamarca Well is led by sisters Magally, Mayra and Mischka Capriles, who combine expertise in operations, design and communications to guide each project from conception to completion. Mayra has a background in architecture; as a journalist, Mischka oversees brand strategy and marketing; and Magally manages operations and leads the firm’s projects abroad.
