On December 4th MG Developer officially cut the ribbon and opened Biltmore Parc to residents. Located at 718 Valencia Avenue, the 5-story boutique condo project brings 32 luxury residences to the heart of Coral Gables. More than 200 guests attended the grand opening event including Coral Gables Mayor Raul Valdes-Fauli, MG Developer CEO Alirio Torrealba, MG Developer COO Jenny Ducret, Coral Gables Community Foundation Executive Director Mary Snow, Fortune International Realty Chairman Walter DeFortuna, and Fortune International Realty Vice President Development of Sales Daniel Guerra. The event also marked the official kickoff of Biltmore Square, MG’s community of four residential buildings in the same area. The development is located within walking distance of Coral Gables’ parks, country clubs, exclusive golf courses, and its downtown which encompasses the renowned Miracle Mile, known for its unique mix of world-class shopping and eateries.

Biltmore Parc features 2- and 3-bedroom condominiums with dens, and large expansive terraces featuring Nanawall folding glass. It also offers owners 1-year of Premier Membership at the historic Biltmore Hotel’s club. T.A. Builder, a top general contractor based in Coral Gables, oversaw the project's construction while Bellin & Pratt Architects, also based in Coral Gables, were the visionaries behind the architectural design. Artefacto provided the finishing touches and design for the development’s lobby along with artwork by Carlos Cruz Diez, Uaio Antor, Paulo Castro, Corina Hoher, Digfredo Chacon, Nadid Benatar, Rafael Rangel, Paulo Castro, Carlos Ferpabzueta, Patricia Van Dalen, and Elizabeth Lemboraim.
