Casa Clara has set a new record for the most expensive sale on Venetian Islands, notching $22 million and sold to WhatsApp investor Jim Goetz. The previous record was $14 million in 2013. Located at 212 W Dilido Drive on Di Lido Island, Casa Clara is a contemporary design by Ralph Choeff, of Choeff Levy Fischman with interiors by Charlotte Dunagan Design Group.
