Elle Residences Miami Reveals New Renderings of Pool Deck in Edgewater

September 23, 2025

In today’s amenity arms race, a picturesque pool isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s an expectation. As buyers crave outdoor spaces that let them refresh, escape and soak in the summer rays, pools have become a key differentiator for design-forward developments, and ELLE Residences Miami's new rooftop pool deck renderings illustrate how luxury living extends beyond interiors, offering residents a refined escape that blends leisure, style, and skyline views.

As the crown jewel of the project, the rooftop pool deck exudes a chic, Riviera-inspired aesthetic, blending timeless elegance with modern sophistication. The flooring is finished in a striking red-and-white checkerboard tile pattern, creating a bold yet refined visual rhythm that anchors the space. The pool itself features shimmering mosaic tiles in cool aqua tones, reflecting the Miami sky and adding a refreshing contrast to the warm terracotta hues underfoot. Lounge chairs with clean, minimalist frames line the pool’s edge, while lush tropical greenery—including palms, cascading vines, and curated planter arrangements—softens the geometric lines and enhances the resort-like atmosphere. Glass railing panels frame the deck, ensuring unobstructed city and park views while contributing to the airy, open feel.

The adjoining lounge and bar area continues the motif, with curved architectural elements clad in terracotta-toned tile, paired with white marble tabletops and sleek, black-framed chairs. Pops of greenery, plush banquettes embroidered with “ELLE” pillows, and softly draped cabanas infuse the space with a sense of casual glamour.

As the first ever residential tower by iconic lifestyle and media brand ELLE, ELLE Residences Miami will rise 25 stories at 3618 NE 5th Avenue in Edgewater. Developed by Vertical Developments and Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG), a collection of 189 residences will be delivered turnkey, offering the option of short-term rentals. Priced from the $525,000s, floor plans range from 450 to 845 square feet with one or two bedrooms. A collection of penthouses is also offered.

Additional amenities include a high-tech gym, outdoor fitness lawn and meditation garden, spa with steam, sauna and cold plunge, gourmet summer kitchen, outdoor movie theater, a French-riviera inspired sundeck with a resort pool and private cabanas and a resident lounge, entertainment salon and listening bar. ELLE Residences Miami will be exclusively represented by Fortune Development Sales. Delivery is slated for 2027. In collaboration with ELLE, The One Atelier will lead the interiors. Uniting highly thoughtful spaces with a striking façade, architecture was led by Behar Font & Partners.
