Per public record, Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, Laurent and Pascale Ouazana, while Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC. represented Future, whose real name Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, in the transaction.

Gregg Covin, one of the developers behind One Thousand Museum and Ten Museum Park, has sold a spec home he built at 6493 Allison Road on Allison Island for $12.5 million to an undisclosed buyer. Cyril Matz with Douglas Elliman and Chad Carroll with Compass represented the seller and Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
