New Bloommiami-Designed Multi-Use Project, EDEN, Coming to Little River

A new multi-use development known as EDEN is coming to Miami's booming Little River neighborhood. Miami-based architecture and design firm Bloommiami is collaborating with developers Stambul, Miami Real Exposure and P & K Developments on EDEN, a new adaptive re-use and mixed-use development. Located at 235 NE 79th St., EDEN will pioneer 79th Street’s development with a transformative and evolving vision for the area’s future. The project will feature 42,000 SF spread over 4 buildings that will feature restaurants, retail and office space. Lease rates will be between $18 and $35. EDEN is currently under construction, which began in September 2017, and is expected to be completed in 2018.

Bloommiami has transformated the historic Miami National Bank, one of Downtown Miami's most iconic buildings', into The Langford Hotel; a boutique hotel designed for the young professionals. The Langford Hotel also features PB Station, a high-energy restaurant as well as Pawn Broker, an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar.  Rooms are simple, functional and utilitarian and Amenities include valet parking, in-room wireless internet, 24-hour front desk, concierge, dry cleaning, conference rooms and business center.
