Swire Properties has commissioned an incredible global team to design both the Residences and hotel. Kohn Pedersen Fox is responsible for the striking exterior architecture of both buildings. Parisian designers Tristan Auer and Laura Gonzalez will make their distinct marks on the Residences and hotel interiors, respectively, and Thai firm Shma who will create the lush landscaping. This is the first new development commission for Auer, Gonzalez, and Shma in the United States. Both towers offer near-panoramic Biscayne Bay views and are connected by an expansive resort-style podium with over 100,000 square feet of unmatched amenities, including multi-tiered infinity swimming pools, private cabanas, executive workspaces, dining rooms with chef kitchens, world-class restaurants, a signature spa, and cutting-edge health and wellness facilities.
