Tour The Model Units From Related Group's Icon Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale's Tallest Residential Luxury Tower

Icon Las Olas has officially hosted its Grand Opening party on October 24, 2017 as Fort Lauderdale's Mayor Jack Seiler thanked Jorge Perez and Related Group for filling in one of the final pieces on the Las Olas waterfront. Icon Las Olas is now Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building, topping out at 455', bringing luxury apartments to Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Related Group has released new images of their luxurious model units with views of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach and The Intracoastal Waterway. Icon Las Olas is a rental only tower with leasing starting at $2,500 and ranging up to $7,000. The tower was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Steven G. and construction by Moss & Associates. Icon Las Olas was co-developed by The Related Group with Rabina Properties and Perella Weinberg Partners and features 272-apartment units. Zuma Co-Founder Rainer Becker Teams-Up with The Related Group to Launch New Concept, ETARU

Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, has teamed up with The Related Group to bring his new contemporary Japanese Robatayaki culinary concept, ETARU, to two of their Broward County projects. ETARU will be featured in Hyde Beach Club and Icon Las Olas. The concept will bring an unprecedented culinary experience to the area and will be the ultimate amenity for residents of Hyde Resort & Residences, Hyde Beach House, Beachwalk and Icon Las Olas. Icon Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building which topped off at 455 feet, has released new renderings of their amenity and common spaces. The tower will be a rental tower featuring luxury apartments in Downtown Fort Lauderdale and is expected to open Fall 2017, leasing started this month (June 2017). From Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Steven G., Icon Las Olas will be among the most expensive buildings in Fort Lauderdale with rents between $2,500 and $7,000. The property was co-developed by The Related Group with Rabina Properties and Perella Weinberg Partners and features 272-apartment units.
