Reggaeton artist Nicky Jam has sold his bayfront condo at One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects in Downtown Miami’s Park West District 11 for $7 million. Nicky Jam acquired the residence at 1000 Biscayne Blvd in 2021 for $5.7 million at the ultra-luxury building which features only 84 private residences and six-star services. David Grutman, Marc Anthony and David and Victoria Beckham all live in One Thousand Museum where amenities include a world-class spa and fitness center, sky aquatic center, full service sky lounge and a rooftop helipad. Tony Rodriguez-Tellaheche of Prestige Realty Group was the listing agent representing Nicky Jam, whose real name is Nick Rivera Caminero, and Patricia Subiris-Gonzalez of Shelton and Stewart Realtors represented the buyer.

Nicky Jam, the Billboard and Latin Grammy award winning reggaetón singer, has offically purchased a home in Miami Beach’s Palm Island for $3.4 million. The buyer was represented by Chad Carroll of Douglas Elliman and the home was listed with Mathieu Rochette of Compass Florida. The newly built residence offers 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms spread over 3,617 SF. The land lot home also features an infinity pool, two-car garage, a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances, and hardwood floors. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms comes with a walk in closet and the master suite features it's own large outdoor terrace.
