On October 9, 2026, PROFILEmiami will bring together a curated collection of South Florida's leading pre-construction condominium developments for the 3rd Annual PROFILEmiami Pre-Construction Development Summit at the historic Coral Gables Museum in Downtown Coral Gables. The event represents the largest concentration of pre-construction development projects, sales teams and brokers in one room and produces targeted direct engagement opportunities with over 600+ attendees last year.

Designed to streamline the discovery process for brokers and industry professionals, the Showcase allows attendees to efficiently explore and connect with a wide range of new developments from boutique luxury residences to supertall condo towers. Throughout the event, brokers can meet directly with developers and sales teams, learn about new launches, inventory and pricing, and gain exposure to projects they may not otherwise discover through traditional outreach.
