Super Bowl champion linebacker Jonathan Vilma has sold his Tahiti Beach Island Road estate for a cool $14,375,000. Located at 17 Tahiti Beach Island Road and built in 2017, the contemporary waterfront home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms spread over 8,000 SF in one of Miami's most exclusive gated communities which features only 29 residences. The estate features top of the line workmanship and finishes including 12' ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass, elevator, light wood kitchen cabinetry, office with leather tile flooring, theatre room, and 3 car garage. Outside features 161' of waterfront with a private dock, as well as an Asian inspired partially covered pool & waterfall leading to breezeway with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay & Downtown Miami's skyline. Chad Carroll of Douglas Elliman represented Vilma while the buyer, who is local, was represented by Christopher Tien of 305 Realty. Vilma, who is currently a college football commentator and studio analyst for ESPN, played college football at University of Miami before being drafted in 2004 by the New York Jets and going on to win the Super Bowl with the New Orleans Saints.
