6010 North Bay Road, a new, contemporary waterfront estate in one of Miami Beach’s most prestigious enclaves, has sold for $17 million. The ultra-high-end residence, which was completed in January 2018 by New York developer Peter Fine and his South Florida’s affiliate, To Better Days Development, sold within a year of its listing date and garnered the highest priced sale for North Bay Road since 2017. EWM’s Nelson Gonzalez assisted the sellers in the transaction while the buyer worked with Richard Steinberg and Payton Smith of Douglas Elliman.
