An extremely unique property that was built by Florida’s second registered woman architect, Marion Manley, has sold for $1,000,000. The sale was represented by Alex Enriquez & Alex Pinero of Douglas Elliman who had listed the home for $1,165,000 and the buyer was represented by Sabriane Brandao of Global Luxury Realty. Manley rose to prominence in Miami as she was responsible for the University of Miami campus in Coral Gables.

Located at 601 NE 56th St., Miami, the, 1920s era Mediterranean revival gem was built by Marion Manley herself and is a preserved era charm located in the heart of Miami’s first historic community of Morningside. Authentic era features and elegance have been preserved along with contemporary necessities.
