The home is located at 7815 Atlantic Way in Miami Beach’s Altos Del Mar beachfront community. Mark and Carolyn Keller were the sellers. Oren Alexander of The Alexander Team at Douglas Elliman had the listing, which last asked $19.25 million, and Miltiadis Kastanis and James Hait of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer.
Daren Metropoulos is the son of American billionaire investor Dean Metropoulos and is a principal at investment firm Metropoulos & Co. Metropoulos & Co. has invested in over 80 companies such as Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer, Hostess, Perrier Jouët Champagne, Ghirardelli Chocolates, Bumble Bee Tuna, Chef Boyardee, Duncan Hines and others. The seller, Mark R Keller, is Chairman & CEO of Edge Funds, and his wife Carolyn Keller, Founder of EBeauty Community that specializes in assisting women undergoing cancer treatments.
