Miami-based developer Mast Capital has completed the largest mat foundation concrete pour in Brickell this year for Cipriani Residences Miami, the brand’s first-ever ground-up residential offering in North America. Flowing continuously for approximately 16 hours, the uninterrupted pour reached 11,500 cubic yards of foundational concrete with 2,500 tons of reinforcing steel. The pour, led by Moss Construction, also sets a record for the largest to date on South Miami Avenue – one of the neighborhood’s most bustling corridors. Completion is slated for 2028. Sales and marketing efforts for the project are handled exclusively by Fortune Development Sales, with prices beginning at $1.7 million.

Designed by Arquitectonica, Cipriani Residences Miami is set to be a new landmark anchoring the southern end of Brickell at 1420 South Miami Avenue.
