Palm Beach-based spec home developer Todd Michael Glaser has sold a commercial building in Palm Beach for $3.9 million. Located at 175 Bradley Pl., just four blocks north of The Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach Island, the 2,145 SF building was acquired by plastic surgeon Dr. Norman & Mia Rowe and traded for $1,181 PSF. The building was previously used as the headquarters for Todd Michael Glaser’s development firm. Stefano Santoro of Disruptive Real Estate represented the buyer and Fran Frisbie of The Corcoran Group represented the seller. The transaction represents one of eight retail trades on Palm Beach in the first four months of 2024; and of that eight, three were bought by the Breakers.
