Integra Investments and Flying Point Reveal Sereno Fort Lauderdale Luxury Condo

March 19, 2025

Integra Investments, a Miami-based multi-disciplinary real estate investment and development firm, along with co-developer Flying Point, have revealed Sereno Fort Lauderdale. The exclusive collection of 76 upscale residences offers views of Fort Lauderdale’s pristine coastline, bringing a new level of sophisticated living to the area. The development builds upon the success of Sereno Bay Harbor, with sales being handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Pricing starts at $1.4 million.

“Sereno Fort Lauderdale represents our continued commitment to elevating the luxury residential experience,” said Nelson Stabile, Principal at Integra. “Building on the success of our first Sereno property in Miami, we are bringing the same vision of sophisticated coastal living to Fort Lauderdale, where we believe the development will have a lasting impact on the community.”

Designed by acclaimed FSMY Architects + Planners with interiors by 1508 London and landscape architecture by Design Studio Boca, Sereno Fort Lauderdale offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. The residences feature semi-private elevators, spacious floor plans with floor-to-ceiling windows, and balconies that, combined with the building’s all-glass design, seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.

“Fort Lauderdale continues to attract buyers seeking luxury coastal living, and the demand for high-end residences in prime locations has never been stronger,” said Daniel de la Vega, President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “Sereno Fort Lauderdale checks all the boxes with exceptional design, world-class amenities, and a lifestyle seamlessly connected to the water. This project will further elevate the city’s luxury real estate landscape and we anticipate significant interest from both domestic and international buyers.”

Sereno Fort Lauderdale offers one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 1,080 to 2,400 square feet. Each residence showcases Italian kitchens, outfitted with Subzero and Wolf appliances, as well as a great room and dining area. Primary suites include spa-inspired bathrooms and walk-in closets, with select residences offering a wet room concept with a soaking tub and walk-in shower and a versatile den ideal for today’s work-from-home lifestyle.

The development’s extensive amenities span two dedicated rooftops. The residence rooftop features a resort-style pool with unmatched, breathtaking 360 degree views, a beautiful sun deck with lush landscaping, and a summer kitchen area highlighted by a BBQ, island seating, dining table and an outdoor TV. A separate wellness rooftop includes a private pickleball court, state-of-the-art fitness center with Technogym equipment, steam room, infrared sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower, and tranquil yoga lawn. Additional amenities include a stylish residents lounge, children’s playroom, full-time valet with dedicated app service, vehicle charging stations, bike storage, water toys storage, and a pet spa area.

Located at 2901 NE 9th Ct, Sereno Fort Lauderdale’s prime location offers convenient access to Fort Lauderdale Beach and proximity to Fort Lauderdale's cultural landmarks, including the historic Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. The development is within walking distance from the Galleria Mall, home to upscale shopping and fine dining establishments for residents to enjoy. Additional attractions surrounding Sereno Fort Lauderdale include North Beach Village, Sunrise Harbor Marina, the Florida Panthers IcePlex, Port Everglades, country clubs including Coral Ridge Country Club and Coral Ridge Yacht Club, top-rated schools, and the renowned Las Olas Boulevard, known for its boutique shopping and dining destinations.

“The neighborhood surrounding Sereno Fort Lauderdale is a true reflection of the area’s vibrant spirit, offering residents both tranquility and excitement at their doorstep,” said Victor Ballestas of Integra Investments, “From the beach and the historic Bonnet House to the nearby shops and restaurants, every element contributes to the unique charm of the neighborhood. It was essential for us to create a project that not only honors but also elevates this vibrant environment, and we believe Sereno Fort Lauderdale will catalyze continued growth and sophistication in Fort Lauderdale."

Sereno Fort Lauderdale is expected to be completed in 2028.
