Sereno Fort Lauderdale Reveals Fort Lauderdale First Rooftop Pickleball Court As Latest Amenity Elevating Condo Living

June 18, 2025

In a city where sun, sand, and sophistication converge, Sereno Fort Lauderdale is raising the bar—literally—on amenity-driven living. The newly launched condominium development will introduce Fort Lauderdale’s first private rooftop pickleball court, a bold and innovative offering that places Sereno at the forefront of South Florida’s next generation of luxury real estate.

As part of the project’s wellness-focused rooftop, the pickleball court will be perched high above the city, offering unrivaled panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Fort Lauderdale skyline. The court is one of several standout features at Sereno Fort Lauderdale, a boutique collection of 76 upscale residences developed by Miami-based Integra Investments and Flying Point.

The introduction of rooftop pickleball speaks directly to the sport’s meteoric rise in popularity. According to the Sports & Fitness Industry Association’s 2025 Topline Participation Report, pickleball has been the fastest-growing sport in America for four consecutive years, with participation growing 311% and nearly 20 million Americans playing the sport in 2024 alone. This explosive growth has prompted developers to reimagine recreational amenities, and Sereno’s elevated court is among the most unique—and coveted—interpretations yet.

Sales at Sereno Fort Lauderdale are exclusively handled by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, with pricing starting at $1.4 million. The project builds on the success of the developers’ previous venture, Sereno Bay Harbor, and brings a new level of modern sophistication to Fort Lauderdale’s evolving skyline.

Designed by FSMY Architects + Planners, with interiors by 1508 London and landscape design by Design Studio Boca, Sereno Fort Lauderdale is a celebration of elevated design and lifestyle. The glass-clad tower features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, semi-private elevators, and spacious balconies that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. Residences range from 1,080 to 2,400 square feet with one- to three-bedroom layouts, all outfitted with Italian kitchens, Subzero and Wolf appliances, spa-inspired primary suites, and optional dens ideal for a hybrid lifestyle.

The development spans two distinct rooftop levels. One is dedicated to relaxation, with a resort-style pool deck, summer kitchen, BBQ island, dining area, and lush landscaping set against stunning 360-degree views. The second rooftop is dedicated to health and wellness, anchored by the rooftop pickleball court and complemented by a state-of-the-art fitness center, Technogym equipment, infrared sauna, cold plunge, steam room, outdoor shower, and yoga lawn.

Additional amenities round out the luxury lifestyle, including a resident’s lounge, children’s playroom, pet spa, full-time valet with dedicated app service, EV charging stations, bike and water toy storage, and more.

Located at 2901 NE 9th Ct, Sereno Fort Lauderdale enjoys a prime coastal setting just steps from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The building is surrounded by top cultural and lifestyle destinations, including Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Galleria Mall, and the vibrant North Beach Village. Residents are also within easy reach of the Coral Ridge Country Club, Sunrise Harbor Marina, and the shopping and dining mecca of Las Olas Boulevard.

Completion is expected in 2028, but with its forward-thinking design and headline-worthy amenities like the rooftop pickleball court, Sereno Fort Lauderdale is already making waves—and redefining what it means to live well in South Florida.
