Retired Tech CEO Lists Rolls Royce-Inspired Mega Mansion 'Villa Spectre' For $65 Million in Delray Beach's Stone Creek Ranch

A Rolls Royce-inspired mega mansion in Delray Beach’s exclusive billionaire’s haven, Stone Creek Ranch, has hit the market for $65 million. Listed by retired tech CEO Barry Smith, Villa Spectre, located within the ultra-exclusive, guard gated community of Stone Creek Ranch, is one of the most architecturally significant homes currently available in South Florida.

Villa Spectre is listed with Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman.

Villa Spectre was developed by celebrity developer Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, whose homes have become synonymous with some of the most extravagant residences ever built in Stone Creek Ranch, the ultra-exclusive Delray Beach community often referred to as South Florida's Billionaires' Row. His other developments in Stone Creek Ranch include the Ferra-inspired Casa Maranello, which sold for a full ask of $55 million, and the Aston Martin-inspired Villa Skyfall, which is on the market for $85 million.

Located at 16161 Quiet Vista Circle, Villa Spectre offers 7 bedrooms and 9 baths, spanning 23,723 SF across 2.5 private lakefront acres. Rather than embracing the flash often associated with South Florida mega mansions, the residence takes its inspiration from the craftsmanship, engineering, and timeless elegance of Rolls Royce. The home's most striking feature is a climate controlled seven car automotive gallery designed to showcase a collection of Rolls Royce automobiles as works of art, complete with a private executive office overlooking the space.

The estate was designed as a true private resort, balancing dramatic architecture with everyday livability. Walls of glass open to sweeping lake views, while resort caliber amenities include a 95 foot pool, a Bulgari-inspired wellness spa with an indoor pool, Himalayan salt room, steam room and sauna, a private theater, recreation room, salon, putting green, basketball and pickleball court, soccer field, and six luxurious bedroom suites, including two primary retreats. Entertaining was equally prioritized with both a family kitchen and a separate professional chef's kitchen with its own private entrance for staff.

Villa Skyfall Hits Market For $85 Million In Delray Beach's 'Billionaire's Row' Stone Creek Ranch

Douglas Elliman's Senada Adžem is bringing Villa Skyfall to market for $85 million, the newest creation of celebrity developer Aldo Stark, whose homes have become synonymous with some of the most extravagant residences ever built in Stone Creek Ranch, the ultra-exclusive Delray Beach community often referred to as South Florida's Billionaires' Row.

At the heart of the estate is a museum-quality automotive gallery designed around Stark's personal collection of exotic and collectible vehicles, including the Aston Martin featured in the filming of James Bond movie Skyfall valued at over $5 million. While the collection is not included in the sale, the automobiles served as the inspiration for one of the home's most dramatic architectural features, transforming the traditional garage into a showcase worthy of a world-class collector.

The listing is particularly noteworthy because this is not a speculative project built for resale. Villa Skyfall is Stark's own residence, a nearly 23,000-square-foot estate situated on 2.5 lakefront acres that he spent years designing as the ultimate expression of his vision for luxury living. Inspired by Stark's lifelong passion for James Bond, the property takes its name from the iconic film Skyfall and was conceived as a private resort compound blending architecture, entertainment, wellness, and automotive design at an unprecedented scale.

The home features nine bedroom suites, soaring 32-foot ceilings, a grand salon wrapped in illuminated onyx, a private members-club-inspired poker lounge concealed behind a hidden door, a 309-inch MicroLED theater, and an Amazon rainforest-inspired wellness retreat complete with an indoor pool, Himalayan salt room, spa facilities, steam room, sauna, and fitness center. Outside, the estate unfolds as a private resort with a 95-foot pool, waterfalls, fire features, private cabanas, a putting green, pickleball court, soccer field, and manicured botanical gardens.

The property also marks another milestone for Stark, who helped put Stone Creek Ranch on the national stage when actor Mark Wahlberg purchased one of his custom-built estates following the Hollywood star's relocation from California to South Florida. Today, Stone Creek Ranch has become one of the country's most coveted ultra-luxury communities, attracting billionaire entrepreneurs, professional athletes, celebrities, and business leaders seeking privacy, security, and sprawling estate living within minutes of Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and private aviation hubs.

4TRO Development and Kastelo Development have launched Casa Avenida, an exclusive, four-story townhome community in the heart of Delray Beach. Located at 102 SE 5th Avenue, this boutique collection of just eight private residences, ranging from 2,804 to 3,336 square feet, blends modern architecture with contemporary design. Casa Avenida offers top-of-the-line finishes and amenities including private elevators, secure garages and an elevated cocktail pool. Pricing is anticipated to begin around $3 million, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2027. The upscale townhomes are exclusively sold by TJ Verdiglione and Nicole Melveney of the GVC Real Estate Team at Douglas Elliman.

“We envisioned Casa Avenida as an exclusive Atlantic Avenue retreat where residents emerge from their private sanctuary to enjoy the vibrant lifestyle of Delray Beach just steps from their front door,” says Jerad Graham of 4TRO Development. “Delray has discerning buyers and we wanted to provide a unique and exclusive experience for a level of luxury that isn't available in other townhouse-style projects downtown.”

At Casa Avenida, every four-story townhome is thoughtfully crafted by RWB-Linares Architecture to reflect Delray’s timeless coastal charm, incorporating clean lines and elegant details that honor the city’s heritage. Interiors are a collaboration between Stef Leonel Interior Design and Ava Gray Interiors, combining Brazilian-inspired warmth with curated elegance. The result is a series of open, light-filled homes with high ceilings, expansive windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Each residence includes a private elevator, two-car garages and two private terraces—one on the second floor and another on the fourth floor. The second-floor terrace boasts an elevated cocktail pool and the fourth-floor terrace has an outdoor kitchen as well as a balcony adjacent to an air-conditioned bonus room perfect for entertaining or a peaceful retreat.

“From day one, our architectural and interior design teams collaborated seamlessly, ensuring that every element of Casa Avenida embodies Delray’s signature indoor-outdoor lifestyle—where living spaces flow effortlessly into the landscape,” says Stef Leonel. “By incorporating abundant natural light, lush greenery on private, elevated outdoor spaces, and premium finishes throughout, we’ve created a home that feels both perfectly integrated with its surroundings and truly refined for comfortable daily living.”

Casa Avenida’s prime location places residents just a short walk away from all that Delray Beach has to offer.
