Blue Road and Ilia Development Group's The William Residences Hits 35% Sold in North Miami Beach Participating in EB-5 Program

The William, a 26-story residential tower in North Miami Beach developed by Blue Road and Ilia Development Group, with sales and marketing led by Fortune Development Sales, has achieved 35% sold since launching sales in late Q3 2025. Situated at 2040 NE 163rd Street, the project continues to gain traction for its new construction offering, lifestyle-driven amenities, central location and international appeal.
