Aston Martin Residences Reveals 'The Art Gallery' As Construction Passes 53rd Floor

The Aston Martin Residences Miami is creating a permanent art gallery on the 52nd floor of the 66-story luxury tower, which is due for completion at the end of next year. Construction is currently on the 53rd floor and the development is 70% sold to-date.

Ahead of the tower’s completion, the Aston Martin Residences' Art Gallery is launching virtually and will showcase a renowned artist online every two months. Aston Martin Residences Announces Sale Of First Penthouse As Total Sales Near 45%

G&G Business Developments has announced the sale of the first penthouse property at the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, increasing the total sales at the building to almost 45%. A buyer from the United States completed the purchase on a 9,680 SF ocean facing penthouse property located on the 58th floor of the luxury residences. Cervera Real Estate oversaw the transaction and is leading sales of the project, including the remaining seven penthouse residences that range in price from $16 million to $50 million for the building’s Triplex Penthouse. The sale was overseen by John Reza Parsiani of Cervera Real Estate.
