The Miami-based Sabal Development has closed on a 12,000+ SF development site which overlooks the La Gorce Country Club golf course for $4.2 million. The property is located at 5440 La Gorce Drive in Miami Beach and will be developed into a Choeff Levy Fischman-designed tropical modern spec home. Florida Realty of Miami, Corp. represented the buyer, Pascal Nicolai, founder and CEO of Sabal Development and Sabal Luxury Builder.
