Legendary Bruce Springsteen E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg has sold one of the largest remaining residential land assemblages on the Intracoastal in Ocean Ridge. Nick Malinosky and Michael O'Connor of The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman represented both the seller and buyer in the $13,000,000 transaction and declined to comment on the sale.
