Bentley Residences Miami hosted the Florida debut of the 2027 Bentley Torcal on October 23, 2026, bringing the automaker’s first fully electric production vehicle to the oceanfront sales gallery of its Sunny Isles Beach residential development. The private presentation paired the vehicle unveiling with a tour of the project’s model residence and its four-car garage.

Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, joined Mike Rocco, president and CEO of Bentley Motors, Inc., Americas Region, for the event. According to the project’s post-event announcement, the Torcal is Bentley’s first entirely new model line in a decade.

For Bentley Residences Miami, the presentation highlighted a central feature of the development: private garages connected directly to the homes. Following the unveiling, guests toured the full-scale oceanfront model residence, where the four-car garage demonstrates how vehicle storage is being incorporated into the residential floor plan.

The planned tower will use the patented Dezervator automobile elevator system to transport residents and their vehicles to private in-home sky garages. The system was developed in partnership with Otis Elevator Company, according to the project’s representatives. The garages are designed to accommodate electric-vehicle charging, with additional fast-charging stations planned at the base of the tower for EVs and plug-in hybrids.

Developed by Dezer Development in collaboration with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences Miami is planned to rise 62 stories and 716 feet, with 216 residences. The project’s October announcement lists completion as scheduled for 2028.

Plans call for private terraces, Atlantic Ocean views and private swimming pools, alongside interiors incorporating Bentley’s design and craftsmanship. The October presentation focused on the connection between those residential features and the brand’s automotive identity, rather than announcing a new construction milestone.

PROFILEmiami previously covered the development’s construction progress in June 2026, when the tower had passed level seven. That earlier milestone provides background to the project’s development; the October event centered on the Torcal preview and model-residence tour.
