South Florida-based Two Roads Development has announced plans for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, the brand’s first independent collection of fully serviced luxury condominium residences. Located at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in the heart of Edgewater, one of Miami’s premier neighborhoods for luxury high-rise living, the 55-story waterfront tower will offer more than 800 linear feet of bay frontage and uphold the quality of design, services, and amenities, signature to the EDITION brand. Soaring 649 feet high, The Residences will feature 185 bespoke homes showcased in a sleek glass tower designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge. Construction is slated to begin in Summer 2023, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months.

Over the last decade, Two Roads Development has helped transform Miami’s Edgewater district into one of the city’s most sought-after residential neighborhoods. EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater are poised to become the firm’s third development in Edgewater, following the successful sellout and delivery of two previously completed luxury condominium towers in the highly-desired waterfront enclave. Sales and marketing for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater is being exclusively represented by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.

The tower’s impeccably finished residences will range from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom floorplans measuring between 1,952 and 3,864 square feet in size, priced from $1.7 million. Marking the pinnacle of luxury, the tower will also feature three expansive tri-level penthouses, each with private rooftop pools and gardens.

“We’re excited to partner with one of the world’s most renowned luxury and lifestyle brands to bring its first ground-up residences to life in Miami’s urban core,” said developer Taylor Collins, Managing Partner of Two Roads Development. “EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater will set itself apart from anything else in the Miami market because of its product distinction, degree of sophistication, unique layouts and design, and unprecedented level of service, finishes, and pristine attention to detail.”

A heightened level of personalization, privacy, and comfort will offer residents a one-of-a-kind experience to leverage the expertise of EDITION to customize defining elements of their homes. Every residence will showcase a private foyer and elevator entry, superior finishes and fixtures, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, between 10- and 14-foot-high ceilings, and custom European-style cabinetry. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, spacious terraces will boast unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami and the Miami Beach skyline.

A globally recognized design team, Studio Munge, curated a place-making aesthetic that draws inspiration from the brand’s sleek and modern aesthetic. The tower’s interiors will exude warmth and tranquility, marrying timeless sophistication with contemporary design for an effortless living experience with unrivaled service. Bernardo Fort-Brescia’s architectural design for the tower responds to its waterfront location, revealing a crystalline moon-like glass prism that alludes to Biscayne Bay’s romantic moonlight, while floorplans reference the prows of sleek sailboats racing off Miami’s coastline. The property will also feature an array of secret gardens with lush greenery designed by global landscape architecture firm EDSA to capture the soft bay breeze and tranquility of a tropical oasis.

Deeply rooted in hospitality, the residential development will introduce over 45,000 square feet of expertly-thought-out amenity spaces managed and operated by EDITION. Aimed to incite wellness and relaxation, The Residences will feature two resort style pools equipped with private cabanas as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with private training studios, areas for yoga and spinning, and a rich spa program.

Residents can live, work, play and entertain guests comfortably at the tower’s club lounge, library, private screening room, dog spa and park, children’s play area, and kids club. For a heightened level of convenience while hosting guests, the property will also boast six Guest Suites which can be reserved by residents.

Additional perks give jetsetter residents access to exclusive privileges across the world’s most iconic destinations, including VIP status and preferred rates at hotels within Marriott International’s luxury portfolio of brands.
