Faena has unveiled its first-ever penthouse collection at Faena Residences Miami, offering a first look at the most exclusive residences planned for the brand's permanent residential destination along the Miami River.
Leading the newly revealed collection is the $39.5 million Crown Residence, a two-story penthouse designed by Faena Design Studio in collaboration with internationally acclaimed Bryan O'Sullivan Studio. The residence will sit at the pinnacle of the twin-tower development and also marks Bryan O'Sullivan Studio's first project in Miami.
The penthouse collection represents a new tier within Faena Residences Miami, extending the brand's approach to hospitality, design and residential living into the development's most exclusive private homes.
Faena Residences Miami is being developed by Fortune International Group, led by Edgardo Defortuna, and KAR Properties, led by Shahab Karmely, at 90 SW 3rd Street along the Miami River.
Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the development will comprise 434 condominiums across two 60-story towers. The broader residential interiors are being designed by Faena Design Studio and Bryan O'Sullivan Studio, bringing Faena's distinctive visual identity together with O'Sullivan's approach to luxury hospitality and residential design.
The newly unveiled penthouses will crown a residential collection previously planned with homes ranging from approximately 700 to 3,300 square feet. The $39.5 million Crown Residence now establishes the highest tier of the offering as Faena reveals the pinnacle of the project for the first time.
Beyond the private residences, the development is distinguished by Faena Rose, an approximately 45,000-square-foot cultural, social and wellness environment suspended between the two towers. Located across three dedicated levels from floors 61 through 64 and nearly 700 feet above the Miami River, Faena Rose architecturally connects the towers while serving as a central gathering place for residents.
Faena Rose is designed around year-round cultural and community programming, with spaces for talks, performances, salons, dinners, wellness experiences and intimate gatherings. Its amenity collection includes an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Miami River, restaurant with bar and dining terrace, private dining room, library lounge, screening room, billiards room, creative lounges and private suites, along with The Pistil, a central social venue featuring a bar and dining terrace.
The project's wellness offering extends to the podium-level Tierra Santa Healing House, which will feature a spa and longevity program incorporating hydrothermal experiences, botanical steam rooms infused with South American herbs, horizontal rain shower beds, cold plunge and red-light therapy, heated stone beds and additional wellness spaces.
Residents will also have access to fitness and movement studios, outdoor workout terraces, a padel court, golf simulator and resort-style pools with cabanas and hospitality services throughout the development.
Faena Residences Miami represents an expansion of the brand's presence in South Florida, carrying the art, culture, wellness and hospitality concepts associated with Faena into a large-scale residential development on the Miami River.
The project is also planned as part of the broader Faena District Miami River, establishing a connection between the brand's presence in Miami Beach and its next destination within Miami's urban core.
With the unveiling of its first-ever penthouse collection, Faena is now revealing the highest level of the residential experience planned for the Miami River development. At $39.5 million, the two-story Crown Residence sits at the top of that collection, bringing together Faena Design Studio and Bryan O'Sullivan Studio for the project's signature private residence.

Prosper Group and Versluys Group Reveal Bugatti Residences Miami In Brickell
Prosper Group, a visionary real estate development firm led by CEO Jay Roberts, in partnership with Versluys Group, the more than a century-old Belgian real estate developer helmed by CEO Bart Versluys, have revealed Bugatti Residences Miami, heralding a significant new chapter for the legendary French marque as it enters the U.S. luxury residential market.
Located at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road on one of Brickell’s last waterfront parcels, the 60-story tower will feature 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, and more than 300 feet of frontage along the Miami River, offering direct access to Biscayne Bay and Miami’s celebrated boating lifestyle.
Brickell is one of Miami’s most dynamic international neighborhoods, attracting global investment alongside a growing community of executives, entrepreneurs and tastemakers who have chosen to live, work and socialize here. Its cosmopolitan appeal is emphasized by a highly walkable urban core, with acclaimed dining, retail and entertainment just steps away – a complementary environment for Bugatti’s refined point of view.
Since Ettore Bugatti founded the marque in Molsheim, France, in 1909, it has been guided by his defining principle: “If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti.” From hand-assembled hypercars that pioneered an automobile category to an expanding collection of branded lifestyle offerings, that ethos remains evident more than a century later in Bugatti’s unparalleled attention to detail, inimitable craftsmanship, and exclusive savoir-faire.
That foundation shaped the brand’s successful inaugural residential project, Bugatti Residences by BinGhatti in Dubai, and will continue to inform its evolution. Bugatti Residences Miami will take on a new expression, inspired by the city’s tropical setting and distinct cultural character, with the same incomparable standards.
“Miami’s bold architecture, creative spirit and global appeal makes it a compelling setting for our next Bugatti Residences project,” said Wiebke Ståhl, Managing Director of Bugatti International. “Our vision is to consider every aspect, from exquisite design to seamless service and operations, creating a branded residential experience unlike any other.”
At the heart of the project is a partnership that combines European heritage and expertise from Bugatti and Versluys Group with Prosper Group’s forward-looking approach, blending legacy with contemporary edge.
“For more than a century, Versluys Group has built its reputation on craftsmanship, quality and creating residences that stand the test of time," said Bart Versluys, CEO of Versluys Group. "What attracted us to Bugatti was a shared commitment to excellence and an understanding that true luxury extends far beyond aesthetics. By bringing together exceptional development, world-class design and a hospitality-driven operating model, we are creating a residential experience that we believe will set a new benchmark for branded living.”
“Bugatti Residences Miami unites one of luxury’s most respected brands with a city shaping the future of high-end real estate," said Jay Roberts, CEO of Prosper Group. "Miami has become the global epicenter for wealth migration, institutional investment and sophisticated living, with Brickell embodying the prime, waterfront site that is central to Prosper Group’s development strategy. It is a natural home for Bugatti’s branded residential debut in the United States.”
Bugatti has selected Rhodium as the exclusive global residential operating partner to deliver a bespoke lifestyle experience defined by white-glove butler service. With the Monaco Royal Family among its investors, Rhodium is a leading name in the rarefied luxury market, with a portfolio spanning some of the most prestigious branded developments. Together, Bugatti and Rhodium are introducing a new model for branded living, where service and the ownership experience are considered alongside architecture and design from the outset.
Interiors are envisioned by internationally acclaimed design studio Yabu Pushelberg, led by Interior Design Hall of Fame inductees and BoF 500 members George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg. With a celebrated portfolio spanning Aman, EDITION, Four Seasons and Rosewood, the firm will bring its unique approach to Bugatti Residences Miami, translating the marque’s design philosophy throughout the living environment to capture its sense of beauty and exhilaration.
Globally renowned firm Brandon Haw Architecture leads the development’s architectural vision, drawing on Bugatti’s distinctive design DNA and signature hypercar elements, including the iconic C-line for the tower.
Sales are slated to launch in the first half of 2027.

Cipriani Residences Miami Reveals The 1931 Collection, Two Crown Jewel Penthouses Listed For $33 Million & $19.8 Million
Cipriani Residences Miami has unveiled The 1931 Collection, an exclusive pair of ultra luxury penthouses inspired by the Venetian landmarks that shaped the Cipriani family’s legacy. Priced at $33 million and $19.8 million, The San Marco and The Torcello crown the 950-foot tower, bringing the brand’s celebrated tradition of Italian hospitality to the highest expression of branded residential living in North America.
Nearly a century after Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar in Venice, The 1931 Collection pays tribute to the places where the family’s story began. Named for the year Harry’s Bar first welcomed guests, The San Marco and The Torcello occupy the tower’s highest floors, drawing on the rituals, elegance and hospitality that have defined the Cipriani name since 1931. Timeless design, meticulous craftsmanship, gracious service and effortless entertaining come together in two singular homes overlooking Biscayne Bay, offering a distinctly residential interpretation of the brand’s enduring legacy.
“Authenticity is what ultimately distinguishes a truly exceptional branded residence,” said Camilo Miguel Jr., Founder and CEO of Mast Capital. “You cannot create it simply by placing a name on a building. With The 1931 Collection, we drew from the values and traditions that have defined Cipriani for nearly a century and considered how they could shape the way a home is designed, experienced and lived in today. The result feels unmistakably Cipriani and distinctly of Miami, while carrying forward a legacy that has endured across generations and creating homes intended to do the same.”
Long before wellness became a checklist of equipment, the Cipriani family measured it differently: by the table, and by how to better serve who was seated at it. Rather than treating wellness as a room to visit, The San Marco and The Torcello are designed around the rituals of gathering, cooking and entertaining long associated with longer, more connected living — a philosophy of wellbeing built on people, not equipment.
“Cipriani has never simply been about a place; it is about what happens within it and what people carry with them long after they leave,” said Giuseppe Cipriani. “Harry’s Bar, Piazza San Marco and Locanda Cipriani have been part of our family’s story for generations, but also of the lives of so many others. With The 1931 Collection, that spirit finds a new expression in Miami, where these residences can become the setting for celebrations, rituals and memories that belong entirely to the families who call them home.”
The San Marco
Named for San Marco, the Venetian “sestiere” or historic district of the Cipriani hospitality legacy, The San Marco is conceived as a private estate in the sky. Spanning three levels and 9,677 square feet of interior and outdoor living, the residence brings together extraordinary scale, timeless design and an uncompromising approach to entertaining, wellness and family life.
A soaring 24-foot Great Room opens to panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, creating a dramatic setting for everyday living and entertaining. Generously proportioned living and dining spaces are complemented by an integrated wet bar and dedicated wine display, while a statement kitchen island finished in lacquered wood and Calacatta marble and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen allow for everything from intimate dinners to larger celebrations.
The rooftop is devoted to outdoor living and personal wellbeing, with an infinity-edge swimming pool, summer kitchen and wraparound entertaining terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay. A private wellness room and in-residence gym set a daily rhythm of movement and recovery, extended outdoors through a dedicated cold plunge, hot tub and meditative massage pavilion — spaces conceived not as a spa to visit, but as a ritual to live within. A private putting green completes the experience.
The Torcello
Inspired by the quiet elegance of the island in the Venetian lagoon that has welcomed generations of guests to Locanda Cipriani, recently renovated, The Torcello offers a more intimate interpretation of The 1931 Collection. Encompassing 6,703 square feet of interior and outdoor living, it is designed for those who value privacy, craftsmanship and a life thoughtfully lived.
Every space is designed to feel equally suited to quiet moments and effortless entertaining. Generously proportioned living and dining spaces are joined by a statement kitchen island finished in lacquered wood and Calacatta marble, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen for private preparation, dedicated wine storage and a private screening room. The Midnight Bar creates another intimate setting within the residence — a room built for the same ritual of gathering after dark that has defined Cipriani hospitality since 1931, conceived for cocktails, conversation and the kind of evening meant to be remembered.
Well-being extends naturally from the interiors to the terraces, with a private wellness room and in-residence gym complemented by a dedicated outdoor cold plunge and hot tub, framing recovery and rest as part of the everyday rather than an occasional indulgence. An infinity-edge swimming pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, open-air shower, summer kitchen and wraparound terrace create a private outdoor environment for dining, entertaining and restoration.
Service, Carried Beyond Miami
Throughout The 1931 Collection, hospitality is designed to feel personal rather than programmatic. Residents can enjoy in-residence dining prepared by the Cipriani culinary team, bringing the family’s signature approach to food, service and entertaining directly into the privacy of The San Marco and The Torcello.
As owners within the Cipriani family, residents also carry that hospitality with them beyond Miami, with access to reservations across the family’s global address book, from Harry’s Bar in Venice to Cipriani restaurants, lounges and events in New York, Monte Carlo, Dubai, Hong Kong, Punta del Este and beyond.
Throughout The 1931 Collection, a refined palette of oak herringbone flooring, Calacatta marble, lacquered wood cabinetry and polished chrome detailing brings richness and depth to the interiors. Materials are carried across surfaces and spaces with a sense of continuity, allowing the craftsmanship and natural character of each finish to become an integral part of the residences.
Architecturally conceived by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with bespoke interiors by 1508 London, The 1931 Collection represents the fullest expression of the vision for Cipriani Residences Miami. Generous proportions are balanced by warmth and intimacy, while abundant natural light and a fluid relationship between interior and exterior shape homes of extraordinary scale that remain deeply residential. Together, the architecture and interiors translate the elegance, ease and unmistakable character of Cipriani into a distinct Miami way of living.
As the first ground-up Cipriani branded residential development in North America, Cipriani Residences Miami brings the family’s nearly century-long tradition of hospitality into a new residential expression. Rising 950 feet above Brickell as the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan, the project is now 85 percent sold to buyers from over 30 countries ahead of its Summer 2027 occupancy.

Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach has reached a major development milestone after receiving unanimous and unconditional approval from the West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee to utilize Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs), clearing the way for the luxury residential project to advance with its current design.
The approval, granted on August 12, allows the development to move forward at 25 stories with a 5.5 floor area ratio (FAR). The decision preserves key elements of the project's architecture and development program while providing greater certainty as the team advances toward construction and financing.
Developed by Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach will introduce Banyan Tree's flagship brand to the United States for the first time. The project will feature 88 private residences in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Sales are exclusively led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with residences starting at $1.9 million.
The approval follows approximately a year of engagement between the development team, City staff and neighborhood representatives. The project's podium and ground-level design were among the elements highlighted during the process, including landscaping intended to strengthen the building's relationship with the surrounding pedestrian environment and downtown streetscape.
"This unconditional approval and the unanimous vote by the West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee is a landmark moment for the project," said Camilo Miguel Jr., CEO and founder of Mast Capital. "It's a powerful validation of the exceptional team, including OMA, Yabu Pushelberg, and Enea Landscape Architecture, and further proof of the caliber of design we set out to deliver from day one. As West Palm Beach continues to evolve into one of the country's most dynamic markets, we're proud to be an integral part of the city’s new chapter, and this approval gives us a clear, unobstructed path to bring that vision to life."
Banyan Tree Residences brings together an internationally recognized design team led by OMA, the architecture firm co-founded by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rem Koolhaas. Yabu Pushelberg is designing the interiors and amenity spaces, while Enea Landscape Architecture is overseeing the project's landscaping. The development represents the first project in the neighborhood for each of the design partners.
The residential concept emphasizes connections between interior and exterior spaces, incorporating nature throughout the architecture, landscaping and amenity environments in a reflection of Banyan Tree's hospitality roots. Every residence within the building is planned as a corner unit, creating multiple exposures and further emphasizing natural light and views.
A substantial portion of the development will be dedicated to wellness and resident amenities. A full-floor wellbeing environment will incorporate a spa, meditation dome and garden, rainforest showers, cryotherapy, hammam, steam room, sauna, soaking baths and cold plunge.
Additional amenity levels will feature a fully serviced resort-style pool with private cabanas, an open-air cinema and private speakeasy lounge. Residents will also have access to a private porte cochère, indoor and outdoor fitness pavilion, Pilates studio, children's discovery garden and dedicated treatment spaces.
The extensive wellness component brings an experience historically associated with Banyan Tree's international resorts and spas into a residential setting in the United States. Banyan Tree has established a global portfolio of resorts and branded residences across more than 20 countries, with West Palm Beach now serving as the location for the flagship brand's U.S. residential debut.
Ownership will also extend beyond the West Palm Beach property through The Sanctuary Club, providing residents preferred access to Banyan Tree's international network of more than 100 hotels and resorts and over 140 spas and galleries across more than 20 countries.
The milestone comes as West Palm Beach continues its transformation into a major destination for luxury residential development. With the Downtown Action Committee's unanimous approval now secured, Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach can advance with its planned 25-story design, bringing one of the newest international luxury hospitality brands to enter the rapidly evolving South Florida market.

Developers of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Complete Landmark Foundation Pour As South Tower Prepares To Go Vertical
Fortune International Group and Château Group, developers of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, have reached a significant construction milestone with the South Tower’s mat foundation pour, advancing the ultra-luxury oceanfront development at 18801 Collins Avenue into its next phase.
The positive collaboration with Coastal Construction is one of several over the years between the development team and the acclaimed General Contractor.
Over a continuous three-day operation, the pour involved approximately 10,000 cubic yards of concrete, creating the structural foundation for the 170-residence South Tower – one of two 62-story towers that will each rise 750 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. With the foundation now in place, the South Tower will transition to vertical construction this year, while preparations continue for the project’s second and final phase: the 150-residence North Tower, which is scheduled to break ground in early Q4.
By the Numbers:
10,000 cubic yards of concrete for the South Tower mat foundation, poured continuously over three days (July 24 - 26)
Approximately 4 million pounds of reinforcing steel (rebar)
1,100 concrete truck deliveries
500 construction workers involved in the three-day operation
6 boom pumps working simultaneously for more than 30 hours
150-foot by 135-foot mat foundation footprint
13-foot-thick reinforced concrete mat foundation
435 linear feet of direct Atlantic Ocean frontage – the longest stretch of ocean frontage of any luxury residential development currently under construction in South Florida
“Every major project reaches a point where years of planning, engineering and construction begin to take visible shape,” said Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group. “Completing the foundation is one of those moments. It represents an extraordinary amount of work below the surface and marks the beginning of the next chapter as the South Tower starts to rise."
“For our residents, this milestone is especially meaningful because they will now begin to see the building emerge,” said Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group. “Construction is entering a highly visible phase, and we’re excited to see the vision continue taking shape as we move toward delivery. Each step brings us closer to delivering not just a building, but a home our residents will be proud of for generations.”
“South Florida continues to see tremendous demand for luxury waterfront residences, and we’re honored that developers continue to trust Coastal Construction with some of the region’s most complex projects,” said Tom Murphy, Coastal Construction Co-CEO.
Designed by Arquitectonica, The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami will feature 435 linear feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage. Residents will enjoy more than 70,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including two public-facing restaurants, a full-floor private spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness and wellness center, a private residents’ club, children’s programming, and the signature St. Regis Butler Service.
Conceived as a private oceanfront residential resort, the development combines the hallmark hospitality of the St. Regis brand with an expansive amenity program designed for everyday living. The South Tower remains on track and on pace, hitting every major construction benchmark as the project moves steadily toward vertical construction and, ultimately, delivery.
Remaining residences start at approximately $5 million.

A penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach has gone under contract after being listed for $16.95 million, setting a new benchmark as the highest-priced condominium sale ever recorded on North Flagler Drive by both total sales price and price per square foot.
The contract marks another milestone for the waterfront luxury development by Related Group and BH Group, underscoring continued demand for branded ultra-luxury residences in West Palm Beach as construction progresses toward its anticipated 2028 completion.
Located on the 27th floor, Penthouse A is the signature residence within the 27-story tower. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home encompasses 4,897 square feet of interior living space, complemented by approximately 1,200 square feet of private outdoor terraces overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
Accessed via a private elevator, the residence features expansive entertaining spaces, soaring 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, oversized closets, dual primary bathrooms, and a highly customized floor plan designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living. Its elevated position within the tower and unobstructed southeast-facing views distinguish it as the project's premier home.
According to the development team, the purchaser is an existing Palm Beach resident seeking to upgrade to a larger primary residence while remaining in the area. The penthouse's spacious layout, privacy, and ability to accommodate both everyday living and large-scale entertaining were key factors in the purchase decision.
Developed by Related Group in partnership with BH Group, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach will introduce 138 waterfront residences within a 27-story tower. Homes range from two to four bedrooms and approximately 1,532 to 3,331 square feet, with every residence oriented east to capture panoramic water views.
Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape architecture by Naturalficial, the development combines contemporary architecture with The Ritz-Carlton's signature hospitality. Residences feature soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, custom Italian cabinetry, premium appliances, expansive terraces, and private elevator access.
The amenity collection includes a resort-style waterfront pool deck, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, spa, entertainment lounges, coworking spaces, children's playroom, golf simulator, guest suites, and a full suite of Ritz-Carlton residential services. Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in 2028.

Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is the fastest-selling new development in West Palm Beach having surpassed 85% in sales. The project, slated for 2027 completion, also began vertical construction this year. Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is part of the prominent Mr. C luxury hospitality, hotel, and residential brand created by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani and is being developed by Terra, a prominent real estate development company in South Florida, and Sympatico, a Palm Beach-based firm owned by the Morrison family.
“With residences more than 85% sold, we’re seeing strong buyer response to a lifestyle centered on hospitality-driven service, thoughtful design, and walkability,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “With vertical construction well underway, the project is leading the neighborhood’s evolution into a true residential destination and setting a new standard for luxury living in downtown West Palm Beach.”
Designed by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by award-winning design studio Meyer Davis, the 27-story development will feature 110 hotel suites and 146 branded residences, which include a collection of turnkey, move-in-ready resort residences. The project is the first condominium building of its caliber in the city center, and introduces a new standard of living through Mr. C’s signature blend of hospitality, design, and service.
“The West Palm Beach project’s success reflects the continued strength and global recognition of the Mr. C brand, particularly among buyers seeking a more refined, service-oriented approach to luxury living,” said Andrea Martucci, COO of Mr. C Hotels & Residences. “Rooted in its hospitality legacy, Mr. C delivers a level of sophistication, consistency, and personal attention that resonates deeply with today’s discerning buyer. West Palm Beach represents an exciting next chapter for the brand as we continue expanding into premier lifestyle destinations.”
Founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, the fourth generation of a globally recognized hospitality family, the Mr. C Hotels & Residences projects offer a modern interpretation of classic European elegance. The brand debuted in 2011 with the first Mr. C Hotel in Beverly Hills and has since expanded to Miami, Dubai, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton. Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach serves as the brand's first venture into Palm Beach County.
Designed with an emphasis on proportion, flow, and natural light, the residences at Mr. C West Palm Beach offer a modern take on coastal living. Open layouts and expansive windows frame views of the Intracoastal Waterway and city skyline, while refined finishes, premium materials, and subtle design details create interiors that feel both relaxed and intentional. Amenities bring Mr. C’s signature hospitality into daily life, including a garden-level lap pool with private cabanas, poolside bar and lounge, fully equipped fitness center with dedicated yoga, pilates, and Peloton rooms, and a signature spa with steam and sauna. Additional offerings include a library, business lounge, Little C’s Outdoor Playground, private elevators, and curated art throughout shared spaces. The fourth-generation Cipriani brothers added their own twist to the culinary tradition started by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. in 1931 for the food and beverage amenities, which include Bellini Restaurant, Bellini Café, in-residence dining options, and a private members' lounge called Bellini Rooftop.
“We’ve seen exceptional momentum from buyers who recognize both the rarity and long-term value of residential living in downtown West Palm Beach,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage for Douglas Elliman's Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “Mr. C will be the first condominium of its caliber in one of West Palm Beach’s fastest-evolving neighborhoods, centrally located near leading cultural institutions, premier retail and dining, and the city’s expanding office corridor. That walkability, combined with Mr. C’s signature hospitality-driven lifestyle, continues to attract both local and out-of-state buyers seeking a seamless, turnkey living experience.”
A highly personalized service experience is led by a professional hospitality team offering housekeeping, pet care, in-home dining, package handling, and travel coordination. Residents arrive via a private porte-cochere with 24-hour valet and front desk services, while a wellness-focused concierge supports personal training, spa treatments, nutrition, and beauty services. Event planning and food and beverage coordination further extend the brand’s thoughtful approach to everyday living.
