Brickell Backyard will feature dedicated pedestrian and bicycle trails, lush landscaping, a gym area with basketball courts and gym equipment, space for group fitness classes and recreational activities, a staging area for concerts and movies, dining areas and a game area with fixed tables and chairs. The project will also include the reconfiguration of the existing bus stations and intersections along the path. Brickell Backyard will be the first portion of the planned 10-mile Underline. Completion is expected in 2020.
