Check-Out Some of The Ridiculous Amenities at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach Which Includes A Marine Helipad

Check-Out Some of The Ridiculous Amenities at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach Which Includes A Marine Helipad

January 12, 2018

As The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach nears completion their over the top amenities continue to make waves. Last month they announced that the luxury residential development would feature a marine helipad in partnership with iLand Miami and Miami Executive Helicopters. The helipad will give residents the ability to bypass traffic as well as direct access for owners who arrive by private jet to avoid needing to be picked up by car. The development also features a "day yacht" which will provide direct access to the marine helipad as well other locations on Miami Beach. Another unique amenity will be an art studio will be equipped with easels, a stone surface for sculpting, a sink, and a library filled with art books for inspiration; as well as programming in the studio which includes private and group classes, art talks and trips, and onsite exhibits of residents’ work. Amenities include 2, 24-hour attended lobbies, 24-hour valet parking services, a waterfront social room with bar and catering kitchen, and on-site private car to chauffer residents to surrounding destinations, a world-class pool and amenities deck with spacious cabanas and poolside grille, lush meditation garden, deeded boat slips on a private waterway, club room with a pool table and virtual golf, full-service spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, a first-of-its-kind art studio and a fully equipped kid's room. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach will also feature a "sharing room" in which residents will drop off items they no longer want like a purse or paddle board and another resident could exchange another "donation" or "shared item" to the "sharing room." All inventory is logged in a mobile app and donated to charities after 60 days.

“The Sharing Room will be set up like a small, curated shop, where goods will be displayed with like items so residents can browse easily,” Sarah Currie-Halpern said in a statement. Halpern is the founder/partner of Think Zero and former advisor to NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability, who worked with founding partner of Lionheart Capital Ricardo Dunin to dream up the concept for the Ritz-Carlton. “The Sharing Room has a threefold benefit: social, economic and environmental. I call it inspired sustainable consumption for luxury living,” Halpern said.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach is being developed by 4701 North Meridian, LLC, a partnership comprising of Lionheart Capital and Elliott Management Corporation. Lionheart Capital is a Miami-based real estate investment firm engaged in the investment, development and repositioning of Miami new construction and existing commercial, hospitality and residential assets.
