PMG Converts 64 Units At X Miami Into The Guild Hotel In Downtown Miami

PMG is converting 64 units of the newly opened luxury apartment tower X Miami in Downtown Miami into a hotel component, to be known as The Guild Hotel. The Guild Hotel will occupy 4 floors of the 32-story building and guests will have access to the same amenities shared by X Miami residents. X Miami is part of PMG's portfolio of X Social Communities and offers a program charged social community designed to promote engagement between residents and a social environment. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with spin studio, dog park, pool deck, outdoor cinema, cocktail bar, community kitchen, indoor screening lounge, self-serve mini-mart, co-working space, picnic courtyard, coffee house and social hall. Guests at The Guild Hotel will receive an entrance code to access the units and services include daily housekeeping and concierge services. X Miami was designed by CFE Architects with interiors by Antrobus + Ramirez.
