Douglas Elliman announces the opening of a new office in Miami’s Coconut Grove located at 3059 Grand Avenue, at the epicenter of CocoWalk, replacing its previous Coconut Grove location. The expansive first-floor location will house the firm’s roster of Coconut Grove agents and operations, with additional office space for new agent recruitment.

CocoWalk, known as one of Miami’s most iconic retail centers, began work in May marking the property’s largest and most transformative wave of demolition. The new office location is well-situated within minutes to downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Miami International Airport.
