On April 5th, Mast Capital and Cipriani joined together to host a launch soirée for Cipriani Residences Miami, a new ultra-luxury condominium in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The event was held at Cipriani Downtown, capturing the essence of the brand recognized for its distinguished style, world-class service and four generations of history and tradition. During the event, the visionaries behind the development, Camilo Miguel, Jr., the CEO of Mast Capital, Bernardo Fort-Brescia, the founding principal of Arquitectonica, and Giuseppe Cipriani, CEO of Cipriani, addressed the crowd.

Designed by award-winning firm Arquitectonica, Cipriani Residences Miami will deliver an unprecedented residential lifestyle withone- to four-bedroom residences, priced from $1.1 million. The tower will rise 80 stories on Miami’s rapidly growing skyline, offering panoramic views of the city, Biscayne Bay and Simpson Park. Among the most intriguing components of Cipriani Residences Miami will be the resident-only dining experiences, where residents will have exclusive access to dining services by Cipriani. The development will also feature a wide array of hotel-like amenities and services, including an elevated resort-style deck with two swimming pools, cabanas and a sun terrace, as well as towel and poolside food and beverage services.

Cipriani Residences Miami is located at 1420 South Miami Avenue. The building is expected to complete at the end of 2025.
