From the founder of Night Owl Cookies, Andrew Gonzales, comes miami’s newest dessert shop, Rolled. Rolled is an artisanal rolls and coffee shop exclusively serving House of Per’La coffee, specialty teas, and artisanal rolls available year-round. Following its soft opening, Rolled is set for its grand opening on Saturday, March 18, when the first 400 customers will receive one free OG Sticky Roll and the chance to taste the other flavors the team at Rolled has been cooking up.
“I founded Night Owl Cookies when I was 20… almost 10 years ago!,” said Andre, Night Owl Cookies and Rolled founder. “As I turned 30, I looked back and realized, I too have grown and evolved and I wanted to create a brand that embodied where I am now as a person. When I was thinking of what’s the complete opposite of a nighttime cookie concept… I instantly thought: artisanal rolls and coffee bar!”
Rolled has more than just a regular cinnamon rolls with flavors such as Tres Leches, Funfetti Cake, and even a Night Ow Roll to pay homage to Gonzalez’s first business venture.
OG Sticky
“At Rolled, we have 10 unique flavors, only two of which actually contain cinnamon,” said Gonzalez. “We have rolls that have never been done before that represent the flavors of our community and generation.”

Night Owl: Cookie dough filling, milk glaze, crushed chocolate chip cookies, crafted with Night Owl Cookies
Guava y Queso: Guava and cream cheese filling, cream cheese frosting, crushed Maria cookies
Chocolate Hazelnut: Signature chocolate dough, chocolate filling, Nutella glaze, crushed hazelnut
Funfetti Cake: Cake batter filling, milk glaze, vanilla frosting, rainbow sprinkles
Tres Leches: Vanilla rum filling, tres leches soak, torched merengue, white chocolate crust
Bacon Scotch: Bacon and cinnamon filling, scotch-infused caramel glaze, candied bacon
Ham: Fresh herbs, Jam Béchamel filling, garlic butter
