Fortune International Group and Château Group Break Ground on The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach

Fortune International Group and Château Group have officially broken ground on The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, which will be the tallest residential towers on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, positioned along 435 linear feet of pristine beach. Masterfully crafted by the visionary architecture firm Arquitectonica, the residences boast interiors envisioned by acclaimed São Paulo-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis and captivating landscape design by EDSA, offering the unique opportunity for an elevated lifestyle in one of South Florida’s most sought-after destinations. Coastal Construction will lead the construction of the project. The eagerly anticipated South Tower, the first to be completed, will showcase an impressive collection of 175 luxurious residences, marking a new era of elegant coastal living.

The development team commemorated the official groundbreaking with a momentous celebration held at their oceanfront sales gallery, the future site of The Residences. The event was attended by distinguished guests and notable government officials, including the City of Sunny Isles Beach Mayor, city officials, and the visionary leaders behind the project, Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group, and Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group.
