GFO Investments Launches '14 ROC' Short-Term-Rental Luxury Condo In Downtown Miami

July 10, 2024

GFO Investments have launched 14 ROC, a 32-story luxury condominium in Downtown Miami. Building on the success of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences and Five Park, 14 ROC marks the newest addition to the GFO Investments portfolio. 14 ROC, rising from an organic, rock-like base, features world-renowned MAWD | March and White Design interiors, blurring the lines between structure and art. The amenity-rich development will feature approximately 283 units, including residences with flexible rental terms. Sales and marketing are exclusively overseen by Cervera Real Estate.

Situated at 125 NE 14th Street, 14 ROC will place residents steps away from “The Signature District,” an upcoming neighborhood anchored by the Signature Bridge, Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, Pérez Art Museum, and the 33-acre green space called Underdeck, bridging the gap between downtown Miami and Edgewater. Its prime location offers easy pedestrian access to renowned destinations and connects residents to the broader Miami and other parts of South Florida via the Metromover and Brightline, enhancing urban connectivity and convenience.

"The tremendous reception of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences ignited our passion for another project with Cervera Real Estate," said Marisa Galbut, President of GFO Investments. "We’re committed to Downtown Miami’s future, and 14 ROC as a cornerstone of the Signature District will be a catalyst for growth, attracting further investment and elevating the entire area.”

14 ROC offers a curated selection of urban luxury residences, from sleek studios to expansive two-bedroom residences that range from 410 SF to 964 SF. Each of the unit types features modern, open layouts, high ceilings, and private balconies with breathtaking cityscapes. Prices will start at $495,000, making luxury living attainable.

"Miami’s visionary infrastructure investments that prioritize walkability and connectivity have transformed Downtown into a magnet for luxury residential development,” said Alicia Cervera, CEO of Cervera Real Estate. “14 ROC is poised to become a landmark addition to the emerging Signature District, catering to the discerning residents who desire a modern and design-forward haven where everything they crave is within easy reach.”

Future residents will have access to an expansive 25,000 SF of amenities space across three levels, crowned by a rooftop pool with stunning Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline views. Additional offerings include a bar and grilling areas, a coworking lounge, private meeting and event rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private workout studios, a yoga lounge with terrace, locker rooms with steam room and sauna, karaoke room, game room, theater room, kids room, and a resident entertainment lounge with an open kitchen.

The highly anticipated development is designed by RSP Architects, in collaboration with landscape architect Urban Robot Associates. Scheduled for completion in 2027, 14 ROC seamlessly blends innovative architecture with urban connectivity, resulting in a building that stands as a true work of art.
