The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami Converts To Sale Contracts With Over $150 Million In Sales

Swire Properties USA and Fortune International Group have converted sale contracts at the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, with a total value of $150 million, out of close to $1 billion in reservations. These include 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes, with some per square foot prices exceeding $3,000 PSF. Moving forward, buyers at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, have the opportunity to convert to contract immediately, timed with the soft opening of the hotly anticipated sales gallery this month. In a dense residential market, and in a typically slow season for Miami, the strong and immediate response from buyers to The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, showcases the property’s one-of-one offering in Miami and its remarkable desirability for buyers.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, are located in a 66-story tower rising 850 feet at the southernmost tip of Brickell Key and feature 228 residences consisting of two- to five-bedroom units. The masterplan and building are designed by world-renowned architect Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and interiors by acclaimed Parisian designer Tristan Auer. With panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay, the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, also feature Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service through its unparalleled array of world-class amenities.

Since the 1970s, Swire has fostered a substantial, long-term development plan for Brickell Key through various investment projects on island, including the development of the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, and the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel, both of which boast the unsurpassed world-class design, legendary service, and sophistication for which the Mandarin Oriental brand is known.

Construction is expected to begin in 2025 with occupancy from 2029.
