E11EVEN Residences Beyond, part of the ultra-luxury, dual-tower E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami development located in Downtown Miami’s District 11 neighborhood, has completed its foundation pour and is moving ahead with vertical construction.
The foundation pour for E11EVEN Residences Beyond, conducted by John Moriarty & Associates, began Friday, August 23 at 8 p.m. and lasted approximately 24 hours. With 760 concrete trucks pouring 6,800 cubic yards of concrete, this foundation pour marks an exciting next step for both the project, developed by E11EVEN Partners and PMG and the continued growth of Downtown Miami’s District 11 neighborhood.
Centrally located in Downtown Miami’s District 11, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami is a two-tower development by E11EVEN Partners and PMG offering a resort-style, entertainment-driven experience, and destination, the first of its kind in the Southeastern United States. The first tower, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami, features turnkey residences and hotel rooms, while the second tower, E11EVEN Residences Beyond, offers ultra-exclusive condominiums. Floorplans at both properties range from studios to two bedrooms in addition to a presidential collection and penthouse suites. Each unit comes equipped with fully integrated “smart building” features, Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom ITALKRAFT Italian cabinetry, top-level finishes, and designer-curated furnishings. The soaring 65-story towers will be designed by internationally renowned Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by award-winning design firm AvroKO.
Amenities for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences include a world-class Chopra Spa & Studio, a five-star restaurant collection by Riviera Dining Group, a casino-style sports lounge, a world-class med spa, a rooftop pool and bar, and an E11EVEN day club and pool on the 11th floor. In addition to the first tower's amenities, buyers at E11EVEN Residences Beyond will have ultra-exclusive access to private facilities available only to residents of the second tower and the E11EVEN Beyond Members Social Club. They include a helipad, a signature restaurant, fully staffed executive office suites, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as an upper and lower deck and expansive pool. The second tower will also feature the recently announced, ultra-premium social club The Clayton. E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is scheduled for completion in 2025, with E11EVEN Residences Beyond following in 2026.
