Naftali Group, a national real estate development and investment firm, has completed the foundation pour for JEM Private Residences Miami. The 8,400-cubic yard pour began May 30th and was expected to last approximately 18 hours and requiring 120 trucks making continuous trips to and from the concrete plant, totaling 840 loads of concrete. JEM Private Residences’ construction is being managed by Coastal Construction and is slated for completion in Q4 2027.
