On October 9, 2026, real estate development media leader PROFILEmiami will host its 3rd Annual PROFILEmiami Pre-Construction Development Summit Presented by Sterling Risk Insurance at the historic Coral Gables Museum in Downtown Coral Gables. The event will shine a spotlight on the hottest real estate developments and luxury projects from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Last year’s event was attended by over 600+ of South Florida’s most active developers, brokers, investors, architects, financiers and development sales teams for a real estate showcase and multi-panel experience, matched with a trendy evening soirée of bespoke networking and cocktails.

The largest concentration of pre-construction development projects in South Florida brought together under one roof. Designed to streamline the discovery process for brokers and industry professionals, the Showcase allows attendees to efficiently explore and connect with a wide range of new developments. Throughout the event, brokers can meet directly with developers and sales teams, learn about new launches, inventory and pricing, and gain exposure to projects they may not otherwise discover through traditional outreach.
