For the guy who has it all, we have a shopping list from head to toe, home and office and toys they may desire. Miami is not only one of the hottest cities in the world, but also has a history of being both fashionable and having its own unique style. Our hand picked list was curated with the modern Miami real estate mogul life and uniform in mind with everyones favorite brands in a versatile and timeless style.

Making PROFILEmiami’s inaugural buyer’s guide includes the perfect Loro Piana outfit for yachting days in Miami or summer trip to the Greek Islands including their Kalama Overshirt and Flamingo Pink Linen Baseball Cap. For the more formal waterfront events the Brunello Cucinelli Deconstructed Chevron Suit will mix up the summer with a nautical flair, as will their English Rib Polo-Style Sweater and Brunello Cucinelli X Oliver Peoples Griffo collaboration sunglasses. Also on our list is one of the most iconic business shoes of all time, the Gucci 1953 Horsebit Loafer as well as the Louis Vuitton Reversible Leather Nylon Jacket perfect for keeping warm on a summer Aspen trip into the mountains.

The MP-13 features a new 100% Hublot manufactured complication bringing together for the first time a Double-Axis Tourbillon and Dual Retrograde Display complications. We also selected the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph in Black Ceramic and Yellow Gold which was just released in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Royal Oak Offshore, which saw its first model presented in 1993 and is the perfect addition to any collection. For the vintage watch lover the 1994 Limited Edition Cartier Crash in Pink Gold is one of the most sought after time pieces, limited to just 40 pieces, but we found one you can buy today.

Shaking it up with classic-meets-modern Miami-style Iconic Chef Mario Carbone’s clothing line Our Lady of Rocco just dropped a brand new limited-edition third collection with a Miami-influenced linen Leisure Suit perfect for meetings to dinner at Contessa. Local designer Matthew Chevallard’s Blu Scarpa brand is popular among Miami real estate heavyweights, his Italian Riviera and tennis-inspired line made our list with the La Turchese Runner sneaker, perfect for exploring Miami or Europe. For the home or office the Kobi Karp Assouline Book is the perfect way to shake-up a room and also escape into for some inspiration while enjoying some E11EVEN Vodka.

Why Wynwood?

To escape high rents, many companies are relocating to Class A buildings in Downtown Miami and Wynwood. These buildings accounted for 44% of the entire market’s absorption in the first quarter of 2022. Wynwood has dominated new development in office product over the past two years.

Tenants relocating to these submarkets are looking for buildings with Class A amenities, such as conferencing facilities, fitness centers (with showers), cafés or restaurants and updated finishes in the common areas. Proximity to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to Interstate 95, and other lifestyle considerations are also important factors.
