Rene Gonzalez Architects-Designed Surf Row Residences Beachside Homes Revealed In Surfside

Linéaire Group has revealed Surf Row Residences, a collection of eight private beach homes set to rise in Surfside. Inspired by Surfside’s rich heritage and natural beauty, Surf Row Residences aims to introduce the next level of urban beach living. Envisioned by award-winning architectural firm Rene Gonzalez Architects (RGA), known for their site-specific design and architecture, the ultra-luxury residential development is set to become a landmark synonymous with contemporary living and quiet prestige in Surfside.

The residences will be a modern interpretation of the brownstone tradition, reimagined for South Florida. With careful consideration for the surrounding environment, the development maximizes the use of natural light and local materials to distill an ingrained sense of place, paying homage to its history, neighbors, and landscape.

Developed by Linéaire Group, in partnership with ONE Sotheby's International, the project offers a different combination of living spanning two-story three- or four-bedroom floor plans and three-story four- or five-bedroom floor plans with between 3,500 - 5,600 SF of indoor space. In addition, the homes will have more than 2,000 SF of private outdoor living space, including a rooftop with a plunge pool, a summer kitchen, and an expansive veranda. There will also be two and three-car private garages and an enclosed front patio and garden further mirroring the single-family living experience.

Owners will have access to quintessential luxuries, such as an office space, library, meditation and exercise room, humidity-controlled garage, and private elevators. The project is also in talks with a few potential partners to offer a private beach club and property concierge services.

Only a few residences have been released for sale with pricing starting at $5.9 million. The project is slated to break ground in Q2 2023 with completion scheduled for Q4 2024.

Black Salmon, Lineaire Group and Bridge Investment Group Top Off Wynwood Haus

Black Salmon, a national commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Miami; Lineaire Group, a Miami-based real estate investment and development firm focused on urban infill projects; and Bridge Investment Group, a leading, national real estate investment and property management firm, have topped off Wynwood Haus at 20 stories.

The construction milestone for the 224-unit multifamily project, located at 1765 N. Miami Ave., was marked by a celebratory event held onsite on August 12, 2022. In attendance were the development partnership and Wynwood Haus’ general contractor, Beauchamp Construction Company, as well as the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

Designed by acclaimed architecture firm Corwil Architects, Wynwood Haus is situated at the entrance of Wynwood, Miami’s creative and cultural neighborhood. It will present the perfect balance between Miami’s fast-paced ambiance and a serene environment, with landscape curated by world renowned designer Enzo Enea. The project will complement the area’s new offices and tech-centric businesses, and expanding retail, dining and bustling art scenes, creating a central live-work-play lifestyle in proximity to Downtown, Miami Beach, and the Design District.

The apartment’s floor plans will feature studios, one and two bedrooms ranging from 394 to 945 square feet. Modern details and finishes include floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized balconies, full-size in-unit washer and dryer, wireless-controlled smart thermostat, 10-foot ceilings, walk-in closets in most units, a rain shower, and secure keyless entry.

Interiors by Lineaire Designs will introduce intricate wood paneling and concrete accents throughout to elevate the modern aesthetic. For the urban dweller, living will be effortless with amenities that include a pool and sun deck with bay views, a fitness center and outdoor terrace. Private workspaces, a conference room and co-working area invite function for the contemporary work life. The ground floor will also feature a library, resident lounge, pet grooming, electric car charging stations, a smart locker package room and cold storage, as well as 5,500 square feet of retail space.

The project is a designated transit-oriented development (TOD) within walking distance of the School Board Metromover station. This furthers the economic growth of the area by increasing access to jobs and connectivity.

Wynwood Haus is scheduled for completion in Summer 2023.

TSG Group & Lineaire Group Reveal Wynwood Haus Designed by Corwil Architects

TSG Group and Lineaire Group have revealed plans for Wynwood Haus, a 20-story residential project designed by Corwil Architects. Wynwood Haus will be a residential apartment rental building offering 224 residential units. 42 of the residential units will be micro units, just under 400 SF. Wynwood Haus will be located in an Opportunity Zone on the 1700 Block of North Miami Avenue in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District, nearby Filling Station Lofts and CANVAS. Wynwood Haus will also feature 5,204 SF of ground floor retail and 222 parking spaces. The plans were recently submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board and are expected to be reviewed this month.
