Rilea Group broke ground on Mohawk at Wynwood, a 300-residence mixed-use development that will establish the defining link between the Wynwood Arts District and Midtown Miami. Located at 50 NE 29th St., Mohawk joins two neighboring projects: The Rider Residences, a boutique condominium developed in partnership with Ciprés, and The Boxer, an eight-story rental building.
