Martin hand chose Echevarria to lead the redesign based on her background of fully embodying Coconut Grove’s historic yet, clean and sophisticated character. Echevarria was the designer behind Casa Bahia, her private home in Coconut Grove asking $43 million which she co-designed with her son, filmmaker Alejandro Landes. Echevarria was recognized for the property’s design for using natural materials to create style and a spiritual way of living.

Finishes include stone & Equip Macael flooring as well as Maffi FIR Wide Plank flooring, hand painted matte venetian plaster walls, custom mirrors, Idea Group vanities, and marble bathrooms.
