Witkoff has revealed ‘Beach House at The Shore Club Private Collection’, a one-of-a-kind oceanfront Robert A.M. Stern-designed home within The Shore Club Private Collection five star resort. The $37.5 million Beach House spans 8,237 SF spread over 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 powder rooms and staff quarters. A rare oceanfront single-family home, Beach House offers privacy and individuality together with all the luxuries and amenities of The Shore Club Private Collections’s exceptional beachfront club.

“Our design for Beach House evokes the romance of the great eras of Miami Beach architecture: Art Deco, Miami Modern and the city’s rebirth as a 21st-century destination.” said architect Robert A.M. Stern.

Nestled in its own botanical oasis overlooking the ocean, Beach House is as private as private gets. An architectural jewel inspired by the dazzling and dramatic fusion of Art Deco, Miami Modern and 21st-century design, has been masterfully imagined by Robert A.M. Stern Architects to complement the alluring aesthetic of The Shore Club Private Collection. The sprawling, sunlit, glass-bathed residence offers a discreet entrance leading to lush landscaping at the ocean’s doorstep. The home features a host of outdoor terraces, a custom triple-height staircase and an infinity-edge rooftop pool looking out to the ocean. In addition to the seclusion of a private oceanfront house tucked away behind lush botanical gardens, Beach House is afforded its own exclusive direct access to the private residential pool, gym, hot tub and poolside bar.

“We designed distinct outdoor spaces for every level of Beach House: a secluded covered loggia on the garden level; a main-level terrace off the living rooms scaled for entertaining; a primary-suite terrace; and an ocean terrace with a private infinity-edge dipping pool overlooking the ocean.” said Paul Whalen, a Partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

The reinvention of the Shore Club Private Collection is a united vision in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection. The residences will be serviced by Auberge but will offer privacy and seclusion within the five star resort. The collection of amenities and services exclusive to residents include a discreet porte cochere entrance, three separate swimming pools including a private residential pool, 75-foot lap pool and a leisure pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, library, lounge and other amenities. Auberge Resorts Collection’s one-of-a-kind reputation for intimate tailored service will also extend to the residences with numerous in-home offerings, as well as access to Auberge’s world-class spa, concierge services, housekeeping, beach club and culinary experiences, including in-residence dining, house sommelier services, a signature restaurant, poolside café and bar with dedicated cabana service, double-height café and bar leading to an outdoor lounge, and more.

Building on the rich history of Miami Beach’s Art Deco and modernism design style, while also fostering a seamless connection to its iconic location, Shore Club Private Collection will be home to 49 residences designed by award-winning New York-based firm, Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The architect is behind some of New York City’s most successful buildings, including 220 Central Park South and its predecessor, 15 Central Park West. Shore Club will be set on three oceanfront acres with lush botanical gardens curated by renowned landscape architect Nathan Browning of Island Planning Corporation.

The development is the first residential oceanfront project designed inside and out by Robert A.M. Stern and includes a ground-up new building, The Tower, a newly reimagined Art Deco building originally completed in 1939, The Cromwell House, and The Beach House, a signature single-family beach house. Each component relates architecturally yet is artistically distinctive, envisioned to maximize vistas and light with the curvature of each home to deliver a product that does not yet exist in the Miami market. The interiors further this vision, taking inspiration from yacht design and the patterns and movement of the ocean waves and sand on Miami’s coastline. RAMSA collaborated with Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design on the architecture.

Real Estate and Hospitality visionary, Mathieu Massa, Founder and CEO of Massa Investment Group and Mr. Hospitality Miami which owns Queen Miami Beach, continues to redefine luxury real estate throughout South Florida with the successful sale of a prime waterfront Sunset Island property located at 1826 W 23 ST in Miami Beach, setting a historic record of $5,218 per square foot.

The 6,132 square foot residential property, listed by Dina Goldentayer and Julian Cohen from Douglas Elliman at $36,000,000.00 sold on Friday, November 17th, 2023 for $32,000,000.00. 1826 W 23 St stands as an embodiment of picturesque luxury in Miami Beach. Nestled within the sought-after Sunset Islands neighborhood—a haven for Miami's elite real estate connoisseurs— the residence radiates magnificence at every turn.

In April 2014, Mathieu Massa through 1826 W 23 ST LLC an entity he controlled, acquired the land for $5,750,000.00 embarking on an ambitious project that consisted of using modern technology to build one of the first contemporary Indonesian-style residential properties in the city.

Under the guidance of acclaimed architect Cesar Molina of CMA Design Studio and interior designers Dunagan & Diverio Design Group, Massa developed this residence with unparalleled opulence and class. His versatile talents and expertise are well-known by an infusion of European elegance and sophistication. This added value not only distinguishes Massa’s endeavors but also significantly contributes to his trailblazing record-breaking deals and accolades, further establishing him as an industry leader.

This single-family dwelling stands atop natural honed limestone and oak flooring, surrounded by rich millwork embracing the fireplace room, an elegant dining area with a wine cellar, and an office overlooking a tranquil koi pond amidst floating gardens. Boasting a backdrop of the Southwest Downtown skyline, this modern masterpiece comprises seven suites, including a guest pavilion.

Its expansive kitchen features luxurious leathered marble, a private prep area, and a family room with telescopic doors revealing stunning water vistas. Outdoor entertaining spaces include a covered TV lounge, a sleek knife-edged pool, an inviting bar, a summer kitchen, and 75 feet of waterfront access leading to the ocean. The residence offers additional amenities such as an elevator, a privacy gate, and a sophisticated smart Savant system, defining luxury and sophistication in today’s real estate landscape.

The recently sold property exemplifies Massa Investment Group's commitment to excellence, representing a seamless fusion of refinement, innovation, and superior craftsmanship. Last month, Massa and interior designer Carlos Rodriguez of Escala Forma, who recently refurbished 1826 W 23 ST before it was listed, won the 2023 prestigious award of Best Restaurant & Bar Design award in the world for Queen Miami Beach, a Japanese Steak House located at the Historic Paris Theater on 550 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach.

Terra, led by David Martin, and GFO Investments, led by Russell Galbut, topped out construction for Five Park Miami Beach, the only high-rise residential condominium delivered in South Beach this year. A visual beacon marking the entryway into Miami Beach, the development pairs a landmark residential tower with the adjacent three-acre Canopy Park and art-inspired Canopy Bridge. "Five Park delivers on every element of luxury living as the tallest tower on Miami Beach.  Uniquely connecting the South of Fifth neighborhood to the West Avenue district, Five Park brings the park to the boardwalk as the only tower rising in the area," said Jay Phillip Parker, President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “It’s a project that elevates the caliber of the neighborhood and a perfect representation of a development built to meet the discerning demands of Miami’s new buyer’s needs. Rising on the edge of Miami Beach, the 48-story tower has unveiled 50,000 square feet of diverse amenity spaces with a choreographed team available round-the-clock. On the 6th floor, overlooking city and bay views, residents are invited to The Park Club. 320 S. Hibiscus Drive on the guard-gated enclave of Hibiscus Island in Miami Beach has hit the market for $37.5 million, listed with The Jills Zeder Group. The home includes seven bedrooms and seven-and-one-half bathrooms spread over 7,818 square-feet of living space with 90 feet of prime waterfront along azure Biscayne Bay. 320 S. Hibiscus Drive is a recently completed waterfront spec home in which the land was acquired for $11.6 million before being split into two parcels in October 2018 after the former owners donated the property to Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Sleek and elegant, the Bayfront estate was designed to evoke an indoor-outdoor oasis by modernist-masters Choeff Levy architects. Pairing the best of tropical-inspired luxury with a contemporary, cosmopolitan lifestyle, 320 S. Hibiscus Drive is ideal as a forever home or exquisite holiday hideaway. Eco-friendly touches like solar panels help solidify the estate’s environmental footprint.

Perched on a meticulously landscaped 15,750 square-foot lot, the home is bathed in soothing natural light streaming throughout from towering floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Distinctive design details abound throughout the estate – from organically-inspired porcelain-tile and natural oak floors to custom-crafted wallpaper and lush, rainforest-like landscaping.

The home’s first floor is ready-made for memorable celebrations and gatherings. Beyond the gated private entrance — which is followed by an entrance waterfall and decorative pools — a sprawling great room effortlessly combines a large family/media center, dining room and open-plan chef-quality kitchen. A 108-bottle wine cabinet and cozy cocktail lounge add a dose of ready-made glamor – all fronted by panoramic water views with direct access to the outdoor infinity-edge pool and landscaped, sun-flooded gardens. The first-floor guest-bedroom/office, staff bedroom and fully-equipped catering kitchen accent the estate’s endless array of amenities, which includes a beautiful wood-paneled elevator.

The second floor is accessed by a show-stopping floating glass-and-wood staircase while the grand premier suite is like a world unto its own. A large sitting area accents this ultra-private oasis, which includes its own terrace and indulgent plunge-pool. A pair of oversized walk-in closets, spa-inspired bath with deep oval soaking tub, must-have midnight bar and double rain shower complete the suite’s resort-like atmosphere.

On the top floor, there are four additional bedrooms – all with en-suite baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in closets, fully-motorized shades and their own terraces.

The outdoor elements are as exceptional as its indoors and equally suitable for intimate gatherings as well as large-scale events. Tropical landscaping provides a verdant backdrop for an infinity-edge pool and tranquil waterfall – along with a chic porcelain-tile pool deck and sensational summer kitchen complete with grill, ice-maker, refrigerator and sink.

An al fresco dining table effortlessly draws the eye to both Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline further on. On the serene waters just beyond, the large on-site dock is ideal for boaters and anglers — fully equipped for both maximum enjoyment and effortless access to the Atlantic Ocean. And the estate is capped by roof-top solar panels powerful enough to run the entire home by sunlight during the day. A separate fully-air-conditioned two-car garage was built to easily accommodate lifts for an additional pair of vehicles.

320 S. Hibiscus Drive is set on one of Miami’s most exclusive and prestigious islands a short drive from the city’s top commercial, cultural and culinary corridors including South Beach, the Design District, the Wynwood Arts Center and the Miami International Airport. A longtime favorite of leading global business and cultural luminaries, the 24-hour guarded location is only accessible via a small bridge extending from the palm-lined MacArthur Causeway.

The eight-story waterfront development is being designed by acclaimed Miami-based architect Kobi Karp with interiors by Linda Zarifi of Zarifi Design, representing the designer’s first ground-up condo in Miami. A counterpoint to the tall, boxy, glass towers that have become synonymous with new development in Miami, the boutique, high-design building will pay homage to Bay Harbor's large concentration of mid-century modern design. Curved edges, neutral natural materials and sculptural details define the building inside and out. Lush, tropical and mature landscaping by Enea Garden Design will envelope the building and convey a resort-like return to nature.

“Today’s luxury buyers are looking for one-of-a-kind homes that combine show-stopping views with world-class finishes and amenities that meet their every need,” said Oren Alexander of OFFICIAL Development Advisors, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the development. “Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club is the only opportunity on the island to own a property with the amenities of a fully serviced condominium and the discretion of a private home. Ranging from three- to five-bedroom homes spanning from 3,300 to over 5,600 square feet, the collection of half-floor homes, duplex residences and full-floor penthouses combine unobstructed, postcard-like views with best-in-class modern finishes, in addition to private balconies and wine feature walls. Each residence boasts stunning panoramas of Indian Creek Lake and Biscayne Bay, as well as the Indian Creek Golf Course. Most also feature direct elevator entry for added privacy. All three-and five-bedroom homes feature spaces that can serve as additional bedrooms or home offices for added flexibility. Penthouses offer 75 feet of unobstructed water views.

The luxurious interiors designed by Zarifi feature Gaggenau appliance packages, Zenia white oak cabinetry with custom millwork, Taj Mahal stone countertops and islands, and Fantini fixtures in the chef-quality kitchens. Primary baths boast travertine floors and walls, and freestanding soaking tubs, with many offering water views.

“Bay Harbor Island has one of the largest concentrations of mid-century modern homes in the country,” said Linda Zarifi, Founder of Linda Zarifi Design. “Morris Lapidus, the pioneer of this movement, once said, ‘If you create the stage setting and it is grand, everyone who enters will play their part.’ At Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club, we aimed to do just that: unveil a luxury and dramatic product modernized to 21st century living. Through every surface, material and feature, we push the boundaries of design while revealing something special along the way.”
