MG Developer's Beatrice Row Nears Completion in Coral Gables

MG Developer's Beatrice Row Nears Completion in Coral Gables

May 24, 2018

MG Developer continues to build ‘The City Beautiful,’ this time with a new enclave of nine luxury Georgian townhomes situated along a dreamy tree-lined street in the  heart of Coral Gables. Beatrice Row, located at 744 Biltmore Way, is the second of four developments within a 150,000 SF planned residential community called Biltmore Square. Beatrice Row is now 70% complete and scheduled for occupancy in late spring, summer of this year. Beatrice Row is already nearly 50% sold out.

Beatrice Row was designed by the internationally acclaimed architecture firm, De La Guardia Victoria Architects and Urbanists. Its distinguished façade features romantic arches, authentic brick and marble, coral stone details and hand-crafted bronze-finished balconies. Townhomes will feature 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and range up to 5,500 SF. Pricing starts at $2.3 million. Each townhome offers 13' high ceilings, sculpturally intriguing staircases, and gourmet kitchens with refined custom cabinetry, marble countertops and premium appliances. Other details include private elevators, smart home automation, walk-in laundry rooms, four car garages and expansive covered terraces with built-in outdoor kitchens.

“We’re excited to be on the cusp of bringing this unparalleled townhome lifestyle to Coral Gables, which will be part of the magnificent Biltmore Square community,” said Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer. “Inspired by some of the most picturesque Georgian style neighborhoods around the world, Beatrice Row is the perfect expression of classic charm and urban sophistication.”

“There are currently no other comparable three-story luxury townhomes in the area, and certainly none with this level of attention to Georgian design and detail,” said Daniel Guerra, Vice President of Development Sales at Fortune International Realty.  “Beatrice Row is wholly unique and offers the complete Coral Gables lifestyle, from the exquisite neighborhood to the proximity to Coral Gables’ vibrant downtown.”

MG Developer recently launched a suite of curated, concierge-style services for Biltmore Parc and Beatrice Row. The program offers qualified buyers the opportunity to purchase and move in to their new residence with just 10% down. In addition to affording buyer them time to sell their existing home with more peace of mind, other benefits include coordinated design and décor services for buyers moving into a new residence. For buyers who list/sell their existing home through MG Real Estate Group, the listing commission that would have been due to MG will be applied to the purchase price of the new residence, reducing the overall cost of the home.
