Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale Now Over 50% Sold With Construction Ready To Go Vertical In March

Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale Now Over 50% Sold With Construction Ready To Go Vertical In March

February 4, 2019

Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale, the first-ever five-star development in Broward County, has reported that the tower is over 50% sold. Since launching sales last year, Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale has attracted buyers from all around the globe with its world-class design, easy connectivity, desirable location, and comprehensive suite of services and amenities. The development broke ground last spring and is significantly underway, with the superstructure is expected to rise in March. The developers have also brought on a premier construction management firm, Lehrer Cumming, to oversee the project, which is on track to welcome its first residents and guests to the yachting capital of the world in 2020. Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is being developed by Fort Partners, marking the third collaboration between the Miami-based developer and Four Seasons.

“Four Seasons is defining Fort Lauderdale as a global destination and elevating the standard of luxury living in the Atlantic Coastline,” said Nadim Ashi, Founder of Fort Partners. “Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale has captivated buyers with its beautiful, high-class design and comprehensive lifestyle experience in the yachting capital of the world.”

“Real estate continues to be an appreciating investment, and an investment in a Four Seasons property is the best investment you can make at this time,” said Louise Sunshine, strategic advisor for Fort Partners. “Within the Four Seasons brand, homes are appreciating by nearly 30 percent in one year. Furthermore, purchasing a home at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is also a lifestyle investment, offering a collection of unparalleled services and amenities, as well as the opportunity to experience connectivity to the rest of the globe by plane, train, boat, or automobile.”

The 22-story hotel and condominium project will include 130 guest rooms and 90 residences, all with access to Four Seasons' signature five-star services and coveted amenities such as two pools and luxury cabanas, a world-class Four Seasons spa, beach butlers, yachting services, and a pet concierge. The project is designed by a team of global design visionaries with the Miami-baed Kobi Karp as the architect, landscape architecture by Fernando Wong, and interiors by acclaimed London-based Tara Bernerd with renowned London-based hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki designing the property’s restaurants, lounges, and pool areas.

Residents will be connected to Fort Partner’s premier portfolio across South Florida and the Caribbean--including The Surf Club in Miami, Four Seasons Palm Beach, and Norman’s Cay, an exclusive island in the Bahamas, where they will receive preferred rates on dining and hotel stays and special courtesies. A true five-star project, Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is helping transforming Fort Lauderdale into a global destination.
