A distinguished group of about 35 Miami real estate agents gathered for an afternoon of networking and knowledge sharing at the YUPIX headquarters in Miami’s Wynwood district. The agents experienced meta-reality tours of LOFTY Brickell, the most elevated offering in Newgard Development Group’s flexible ownership concept.
Cervera Real Estate hosted the private event held on Aug. 30. A handful of speakers shared their secrets for creating more listings, best practices in pre-construction sales strategies and ways to achieve more consistent closings. Cervera agent Dali Hernandez gave a presentation on LOFTY Brickell, Newgard’s 44-story luxury condominium project under development on the Miami River. Cervera is the project’s exclusive sales and marketing representative.
The attending agents also had a chance to experience the meta-reality tour of LOFTY, utilizing technology developed by YUPIX. The technology was designed to give prospective buyers an immersive feel for the finished product. Several buyers have credited the tours for confirming their decision to purchase a unit in the building.
