David Grutman Lists One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Condo For $7.2 Million

April 10, 2024

David Grutman, the founder of LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Groot Hospitality, the brand behind Miami hotspots Komodo, Casadonna, Papi Steak, Gekko and Swan restaurants, and his fashion/jewelry-designer wife Isabela Grutman, have listed their condo at One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid for $7.2 Million with Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman. One Thousand Museum is one of the most ultra-luxury condo towers in Miami, complete with a helipad. The iconic tower overlooks Museum Park and was designed by the late starchitect Zaha Hadid. Grutman also recently opened his LIV, Komodo and Papi Steak concepts in Las Vegas.

The residence spans 4,600-square feet of interior space with four spacious suites and five bathrooms. The residence is the epitome of refinement with wide hallways offering walls fit to display museum quality art. The residence opens to an expansive East-facing salon with panoramic views to Biscayne Bay and city vistas. The expansive 48-foot long social lounge offers bayfront dining, multiple sitting areas, and a sleek Poliform kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. The primary features a coffee bar and vanity along with a private sunset terrace.

One Thousand Museum building amenities for residents include a rooftop helipad, double-height space at the top of the tower encompassing both the pool and a stylish seating area, an Escalade house car, a full two-room treatment spa, a hair and beauty salon, an acai and juice bar, a sunbathing area and more. Per public record, past and current residents are reported to be David and Victoria Beckham, Marc Anthony, Loren Ridinger, and Sela Ann Ward.

1000 Biscayne Blvd, 1702 is listed for $7.2 Million by Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman.
