A new rooftop restaurant and bar concept by Juvia Group called Solana' will be opening at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. The collaboration between Rosso Development, Standard International, Midtown Development, and Juvia Group aims to provide a unique dining experience for the project's buyers and residents in the Midtown area. Construction is already underway at the first of its kind pied-à-terre-style building which is near topping off.

From its celebrated origins in Miami Beach to its new ventures, Juvia Group is known for its vibrant cuisine, innovative cocktails, and exceptional dining experiences in stunning outdoor settings. At the helm are restaurateurs Jonas and Alexandra Millán, who will guide 'Solana’ to occupy approximately 6,000-square feet atop the lushly landscaped rooftop of The Standard Residences. The venue will feature a dedicated street-level entrance and offer a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere by the 60-foot resort-style sunset pool. Here, guests can indulge in a playful and casual dining experience, enjoying a diverse menu inspired by Riviera Cuisine and signature cocktails such as 'Bonito Bubbling'. The space will be imagined by visionary AD100 architect Manuel Clavel Rojo, with design that will resonate with The Standard's renowned vibe–a favorite from Hollywood to New York, London, Bangkok, and beyond.
“We have been trying to work together for years and it's through the energy of Carlos that it’s finally happening,” said Clavel Rojo, Principal of Manuel Clavel Arquitectos. “When you think of Miami rooftops, there is no bigger name than Juvia. This is going to be the most iconic rooftop in the city and I’m excited to see everything this project will bring to the area.”
“Our inspiration was the 1951 Maison Tropicale by Jean Prouvé. When we suggested it to Jonas he felt mesmerized and immediately embraced the idea,” added Rosso. “Tropical architecture at its best.”
Located at 3100 N.E. 1st Ave, the building is nestled in the heart of Midtown, Miami’s most connected and walkable neighborhood. Ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts, the residences’ meticulously curated interiors strike a perfect balance of style and functionality. Community-minded amenities are crafted to embrace social engagement and include an expansive lobby, Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy on the ground floor, and outdoor terrace. Health and wellness offerings include an indoor pickleball court, a state-of-the-art sweat room and fitness center, an infrared sauna, yoga and stretch studios.
