A new collection of renderings has been unveiled for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, offering a fresh look at the boutique branded residential development coming to one of the city's premier beachfront locations. The newly released imagery showcases the project's residences and signature amenity spaces as buyer demand for branded residences continues to strengthen across South Florida.
Developed by MICL and Admire Capital, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach will introduce 83 private residences across two 13-story towers located at 551 Bayshore Drive, positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The project arrives at a defining moment in Fort Lauderdale's transformation as a nationally recognized coastal destination. The new renderings provide an updated perspective on the architectural vision by Garcia Stromberg and the interior design by Dan Fink Studio.
