The residence was designed and built by the firm’s construction arm, Sabal Luxury Builder. Lourdes Alatriste served as the listing agent for the sale.

“The house sits inside a mature canopy, so the interiors had to feel like a continuation of the landscape rather than a contrast to it,” said Alkhovik. “We worked with organic textures, soft mineral palettes, and generous proportions so the architecture, the greenery, and the daily life of the home read as one continuous experience.”

The resort-style exterior is anchored by a tropical heated pool and spa, framed by a backdrop of mature, lush greenery.
